Things I Have Made

Like I said in a recent post, I have been sewing a lot lately and these are some of the things I have made...

This was a really simple potato sack dress that I made with some leftover fabric, and ribbon.

This is an apron that I made for a bridal shower I am going to. Brittany Laurie made a really cute one and posted the pattern on the Harvest Women's Virtue website.

This one of my favorite things to make. It is a car seat canopy. I made the first one for my friend Alicia, and I loved the way it turned out so I made another.

the dress is too cute!

I love the apron, but don't know anything about sewing myself....

the car seat canopy is totally awesome!! I think you could end up wealthy with that idea! market that wisely :) We really could've used that when Joseph was younger, but never saw anything like that for sale.

You could probably sell those car seat canopies, like on e-bay.

That is a really great idea, and super cute - the car seat canopy. Where did you find that idea?

Amber, I got the idea from an etsy pattern. I look at it and was confident I could do it without the pattern.

Alyssa I love what you did.

And the fabric is so perfect, where did you find it?

Christiana, Thanks! I got the fabric at Joann's, but I love all the designer's (Alexander Henry) stuff!
